Yes mate there are hundreds of hosting companys out there, you have a big choice !
But alot of them are reseller accounts made on someone else's server, using cheap servers that are never up (downtime = at least 4 hours a day on some), and most hosting sites made are there for a quick buck which puts a bad message across to the guys who are in it for the passion!

However were forming a system that will have good support and help you with even the basic of things to get you started (thats if you dont know where to start), we have our own dedicated servers that are not cheap, and also our knowledge (years) on the I.T trade are on offer here to you!

You'll get alot of companys that are there for a week and not the next, and also some people who start up cheap reselller hosting, well I wouldnt trust half my data with these guys after being sucked in by so called computer experts in my past, my self and Mike have learnt from that and now putting on offer what we have learnt to certain public!

Another thing we cater for is the love of cars, so were not just opening hosting up to anyone, yes it would be classed as limiting our selves and that would be bad business, but to start with we are looking into the bonus side of things, helping and setting up peoples websites with them and not just leaving them in the lurch not knowing what todo.

Were not here to rip anyone off as the cost we think is reasonable for what you get, offer a good service and quality of service inc uptime is the main key thing in hosting, not price!

For £0 a month, I have 160Gb space, and unmonitored bandwidth. Its called my house. Why would I choose to pay £5 / month? Granted, my IP changes once every 2 years, but any old dynamic DNS util combined with a zonedit account can keep up with that.

I think this was a little unfair (maybe just the way I read it? ;D). I think Mikes offer was generally for the average joe who doesn't have the resources to run their own web server! And it is just an offer, you don't HAVE to take them up on it if you already don't pay anything for your hosting.

V8mini: Yes, within CPanel I get two different forum software packages, one is Invision, which is the forum software TMF uses, the other I can't remember.
