It is easy to debumper minis like most of these minis not just removing the bumper of course lol ?

Cut off the bumper lip few inches at a time and seam weld along, repeat until complete and then apply a tub of filler :)
I had to replace the valance on mine as the factory bodged it in place and wasn't lined up with the rear panel

Sorry forgot for the front, remove bumper, drill spot welds out on lip an remove, apply filler :)

My old one was de-bumpered up front due to me fitting a fiberglass front:
