Second coat of primer on the dash panels. It all needs to be smoothed out and then I can get some crackle paint on. Can't wait!

Pointless update, but more for my record keeping than anything else. Stuck the rear foam seal for the bonnet today. Can still see how I need to clean around the edges in the engine bay.

Decided I want to do something different for the ignition key :

 

 

Works quite well, not too heavy either :

 

 

And with two other bodies I have that I could possibly use if I'm bored :

I suppose I could, but people might be a bit wary of sending off a key - crime rate and all that.

I've found the mini owners club in SA is quite trustworthy (mostly because it isn't too big). I'm sure we can trust you :)

I finally got around to sorting out the centre switch panel mounting :

 

 

I didn't get a picture of what the plate looks like. She needs a real good clean inside and out.
