Started doing a few more bits today, am planning to get all the repairs done in the bulkhead etc and the front end on very soon.

Took the front screen out to assess the damage to the lip, as you can see, more nasty o fix first.

Just to get an idea of seeing new panels... Been a long time coming!!

I personally can't see what all the fuss is over non-genuine scuttle panels no fitting and even the screen went back in relatively easily, almost looked like I might have done it once before lol.

Have been working on the bulkhead, cleaning it up getting all the holes fixed up and painted ready for the front end. Not far away now.

The dash rail looked pretty nasty this is before...


The bulkhead section that was proving difficult to find a section to put in there.

Started rubbbing the arch to see how bad it is...
seems that there was plenty of filler going on....

Will be needing a new back panel... If anyone has one going??? let me know!

Excellent work, I would weld the bonnet hinge nut to the bracket, Its a pain when putting it back together with the nut and bolt.

Thanks Tom, still got a journey to go, but now it actually feels like progress is happening. Hopefully will get some more done over the next few weeks.
