ebay i got my spotlights from , there cibie oscar +'s , the brackets were a home made item i brought of a member in my local club , i do keep meaning getting some measurements and pictures to put on here , as for everything else , i had 2 relays when running that setup , 1 for top 1 for bottom , think i used 20 amp relays incase i wanted 100w bulbs, 2 in line fuses , 20 amp cable , to firgue out what power you need have your overall wattage , for example 2 headlights with 2 spotlight is 230w then you divide your overall by the voltage so 230 divide by 12 will give you the amps so 230/12=19.66

12" and i think either 5 or 5.5" wide

cheers for the compliment :) , im rebuilding it atm (engines going in tonight ;) )

cool thanks ! ... what size are them spots and what (if ya dont mind me asking) sort of price range would you expect I would be looking at for 4 spots of that sort ? Ive been looking on ebay and they seem to be mostly going for £100 per light in some instances,... perhaps a pair for £130 ... is that right ?

i carnt remember off the top of my head to be honest what size they are :S , i brought mine for £180 quid all 4 bidding on ebay which i thought was a good price to be honest , best bet is just to keep checking ebay , gumtree the likes of online selling site as they do crop up now and again for alight money , as for what type ive got 2 fog and 2 driving and it does light the road up ;)

just had a quick google and there 6"

originaly bought as replacements for another car that turned out didn't fit, so I fitted them to the Mini instead. Also fitted with super bright led bulbs.

Have people had much success with LED bulbs in spot lights? Didn't think they had a beam pattern to speak of yet.

It will be interesting to see what they are like! Do they need a beam pattern as they are just spots? The bulbs cost £2 and are coming from china so we will see :) My headlights are good enough so the spots can be for effect if anything anyway :)
