Hey did you need a cert for the flares? All of the local wof stations here in Dunedin say i need one if i fit flares on my 76 clubman estate?

Regular Oscars on a bit of scrap aluminum bracket that does not hold up well to the punishment. I just sandwiched it on top of the bumper bracket. Love the lights but now I understand why mounts have to be so rigid.
The horn is a Vespa, bloody thing is intermittent despite extreme care hooking it up. Must be the button contact grounding. And in California you really really need your horn because they give permits to any upper mammal who can pay taxes.
You guys all know the importance of doing this already, but after burning out two switches I gave each lamp its own relay and a Blue Sea fusebox. No more smoke under the dash.
Next is to run the Oscars triggers off the highbeams, though this is illegal in the states. Right now it's a pain to fumble for the panel switch when there is oncoming traffic.

I liked your spots so much I bought some big Lucas items and colour coded them as you did.
