What's the top speed of this ?
I thought the fastest mini was red & does 140 odd mph

I remember reading that to be the 'fastest Mini' it had to have an A series engine.

this is a foresale section. not a section for talking about fast minis.
as you can see its a circuit racer.
not made for top speed or drifting etc etc etc...................

it was designed and made to go round a track in the quickest time possible.

and this car has won the competition for track racing more times than any other mini. which makes it the fastest mini in the world.....

there are classes in this competition for all types of minis
as long as there not bike engined minis as the organises don't want them in the races......

Harvey Deaths Mini is the fastest, v8 Racetec, rollcentre built way quicker than a red top old Mq space frame car !!!

its not mine its my bro s.

think he s had it about 2 years now.
before that it was pete edwards.

it has races in
special saloons
ddmc
north west barc

well it is indeed a very quick car.
but is limited to were it can race.
it will never ever be eligible for the special saloon championship. as this one is.

but still it never won the

fastest mini in the world competition.

so until that happens it just another very very fast mini.

Not trying to hijack the thread - just adding to it. . . . I have more than a few shots of Andy's mini in the Special Saloons series and can say with all honesty that this really is a VERY well sorted piece of kit, it really can and does punch well above it's weight.



And NO - I'm not affiliated to BA, I am just the photographer for the series.
