i am a german now living for working purposes in b'ham.
end of june i will get my car over here, which is a mini 25.
i would like to know if there have any more cars survived the years...
so, please, if anybody knows someone who owns a 25er, please let me know.
i am wondering to put up a website as there are such for the 30 and the 35.
but the 25 always was left a little bit behind...
why so? any ideas?
happy to be here...

Do you have any pictures of your mini?
As for the Mini25 site, I did some googling and found this:
http://utenti.lycos....ini25/index.php
Not exactly huge but its there

thanx for all the welcomes..
i am really interested in finding an answer to the question what is so unfamous about the mini25... so if anyone of you has something in mind...
@CharlieBrown: yep, i found this site too by googling. in comparison to the other mini annual special edition sites i found it very poor. as well as there are only two 25 registered, even one is of the websites owner...
worst bit: you receive only delivery failure notices if you try to register via e-mail...
but to be fair: you can download the original brochure for the model at the site...
@Brawlyrox: tell all the other 25ers to register here. i am really wanting to get in touch with other owners. do i have to come to cornwall first to meet people?? :cheese:
what happened to your 25? didn't like it?
@minicooperman: yes, and i'm still visiting it... will take a look there after that post. made the same post questioning for other owners over there... we will see what happens...
@DAVEnCLAIRE: greetings to your mate. get him over here to get in touch. but sorry i don't need one to buy. my interest is only on informal purposes. thank you...
@philster: it honours you that you kept at least the original steering wheel...
i heard a lot of 25's being modified and resprayed in a way that you won't notice that it was a 25 in former times... the silver colour is great, indeed, although it was in such a bad quality that it got aggressive to the structure of most models, resulting in fast-corrosion...
to me it doesn't really matter if your car is original as long as you know what you're sitting in...
nice to have met you all
greetings,
falk

i know nothing about em'
@Al*: yeah! that's exactly what i mean. i'm not blessing you, but isn't it a shame that people are able to say things like that?...
thanx for your wishing well...
@all others: c'mon 25ers! express yourselves...
greetings to everybody
