best do this XD

so. i have been building it up, not a huge amount to show for my hours of toil every weekend but it should be a mega neat and reliable set up when done

IMG_2834_zps28aa0f5a.jpg

got a smart fuel tank from endaf

cheeky prebuild mock up of the single choke set up ;)

IMG_2840_zpsb587919b.jpg

IMG_2847_zpsfa02395b.jpg

dampers on and mocked for me to make up all the spacers and stuff before i send them away to get rebuilt and re valved

IMG_2848_zpsc5fe256e.jpg

MMMMM

even more MMMM

IMG_2849_zpsf75cde9a.jpg

IMG_2850_zps084672cf.jpg

there i am

the head i bought was a longman head, it had these bearings under the valve so the valve can turn easier when under load:)  very fancy mod!! its hugley worthwhile for durabiliy but noone does it anymore because of the effort you have to go to to do it.

making stuff

IMG_2926_zps1988f0ee.jpg

IMG_3019_zps193fb3f5.jpg

wiring it all up neat with proper solderless connectors, and rubber insulators. piggyback connectors are rarley used, but are the best thing ever!!    all wired up so the connectors are in one place for quick removal and problem solving

also have used circuit breakers instead of fuses, because fuses suck ass.  much better and easier to reset if it blows!

aand thats about it. ive done the fuel system now, and fitted the screens, and rebuilding the gearbox but its all fairly un photograph-able :P  this is fun

Probably not even a quarter of a can? This was at our workshop where we prep the racing cars so were crack detecting suspension components and driveline components every day:).
