still... for some shows il still wack on the group 5s, wide boy wheels, a set of slicks and side exit exhaust and blow some eardrums

aaaaaaahhhh sigh of relief, took me 4 days.   hard graft it was.    but so so worth it the pictures dont do the shine justice it is so deep and glass like.

I've still got the sticker, just had to remove it because there was rust behind it..:/. Gettin remade as we speak;)

The UJ is off a ford KA. The splines are the same as the one on the mini rack.


Cheers graham, slight modifications to make it eligible for racing but apart from that, as he had it! Everything! Should be rolling tomorrow so not a long wait!;)

bit more work today, rocked up and decided id better wash the rallye.. was dirty 8)

 

 

 

down to buisness.   cage is in fitted and done, wirings mostly in, just need to do some figuring to re mount the switch panel.

 

 

 

 

damn that steering wheel is loww.

 

and then i wrapped it up like a christmas present ready for tomorrow when we are going to be spraying the roof.    excellent.   and blasting a load of parts, getting my tweeks order tomorrow so time to fit loads of shiney new bits and bobs 8)

lovely S1 Rallye you got their   was recently after a S2 Rallye. is it standard engine or 16v Gti Converted  ?

Hah cheers! Nope 1300 8V but with a roadsport R cam, 4-2-1 manifold, de cat and a stainless exhaust system and a KnN for good measure;) about 125-30 horsepower and goes like stink! So far I've beaten a fiesta St, mk4 golf GTi and a punto arbarth. All going for it;). Stickers as original but with the championship ones I have to have in mini sevens
