Followed an online guide to giving a photo a 60's feel - not buying it at all. Anybody got any Photoshop tips?
I copied your picture. Auto adjusted the levels to remove the colour cast. I then tinted it with magenta in the photo filter menu, then applied some regular grain with a bit of contrast. Final put a bit of vignetting on the edges.

Here's an edit I did a few months ago
Original shot
Stage one, auto level for colour and exposure and crop picture
Stage two, convert to black and white, ramp up the contrst and remove warning sign from electrical pole and Ford Ka from background.
Stage three, apply a bit of grain and a slight sepia tint.

Got more but the edit doesn't look as good/composition is off so I need to take more
