Personnally i'd get the car from there before they break something really expensive.  It may just be bad luck and pure coincidence, or it could be they are a bunch of rough spanner monkey's with zero mechanical sympathy.

At the very least, go up there and have a look as you will feel better if all looks great and they are just taking their time with the car.....or if it's the opposite, you at least know where you stand and can act accordingly.

Best of luck

Soo been up the rolling road working on my mini today and yes they have destroyed my fuel pump so I've had to buy a new one and fit that which solved that issue and then when it started it was missing so it's had new plugs, but finally after chasing a few issues they couldn't get there head round it's running, all they have to do is ouch it on the roller and change the jets to suit the running, other than that I've done most of this tunning while it's been there

I'd take it somewhere else if possible that knows mini's and knows webers.....just sounds like they may get something wrong and could cause issues further down the line.

Keeping fingers crossed for you though.....and still waiting for the magical BHP figure

As am I, the guy knows webers just nothing else about minis, it should hit the rollers today bahahaha

I can't wait to find out what it makes now, I'm gonna phone them again end of the day and see what they say

It does however sound good with the setup it's running right now, so hopefully it will be good

So after 3 days the work that's been done so far:

Trimming set up (them)
Destroy one facet fuel pump (them)
Destroy one set of plus (them)
Replace fuel pump (me)
Replace spark plugs (me )
Re set points ( me)
Fix fan belt (me)
Replaced crank pulley(me)
They couldn't find the markings on it, I had to take the rad out found them and just cleaned it up and marked with white paint.
So far I've done more work than them, oh and I still don't have it back as they have been to busy to get it 6 ft from we're it's parked to the rollers in front of it which are empty.

I just want to know what sort of power it's making grrrrrrrrrr

Get it home, get it stripped and lets have a look at what they've done....fingers crossed it ain't expensive!!!!

Did they say they'd cover any costs??  Seems like you've had issues from the first time you took it there.
