They're cheap lights too. 

 

Got an LED strip in my other, 'more modern' rally car which is probably slightly better and brighter, but LED's in an old car are just wrong.

Yeah it's bright enough for what I need.

I've got a few more mods to go into the car but they will be end of the year now because of work, but next year is gonna be hell of a year, gonna try and make a show at lest once in it

Stuff the shows....get it out on a rally - thats what it was built to do, not sit in a field looking pretty.

 

But i'm the wrong person to ask regarding shows...got put off them after getting into VW's and seeing how bitchy the show scene is. Motorsport on the other hand is a different thing altogether with everyone willing each other on and helping each other out and gutted if a fellow competitor fails to do well or has to retire....you just don't get that sort of comradery at shows.  I appreciate the mini show scene may be different though.

Nah I belive that, it's the mrs she wants to do the shows, I do want to get and and abuse this car though.
I'm looking forward to next year, it's gonna be good

Well re test went well car passed on emissions some how :/

But it failed on me missing a split pin he said if I can get it done this weekend and run the car by the station so he can check it that's all I need to do, so I'm gonna tighten the castle but up and get it done ;)

So it's done, but I now sail on Saturday mornin. And have work all week, so ahaha I won't get to drive it really even if it passes

Well that's an mot on the mini finally, but I go way tomorrow so it won't get any use for a while, I do need to get the engine set up as it's running so bad.
But that will be the first thing I do when I get back from sea so I can't start using it :)

Mini is going to be up for sale, need to take some pictures and make a list of things that's on it and sort out a price

It's been finished for ages and I've driven it once, other than that it's just sat covered up.

It never gets used and it needs to be run, so someone else should get some enjoyment out of it, as I've enjoyed building it

Right we'll this is off to the rolling road this week to get it tuned up and see what power it makes.

See what it makes and then I'm gonna give it a good clean and get it advertised and forsale
