flywheel now bolted up,just need to get clutch lined up ready for the gearbox,
hopefully going back in the car at the weekend,

can crack on tidying the loom etc up now,

Use a cap without a spring so that coolant can return to the tank, and pipe it up as it was in the original car (or copy mine).
It works well but I still need to fit a fan. I've done 2000 miles without one though and it's never got hot. Not even when it leaked at MITP.

Yes they go to the inlet, there is a take of pipe thereis that top pipe on the expansion going to the inlet manifold and where have you piped your heater in to the system?

There is a small pipe from the inlet manifold to expansion tank, so yes to that. The heater take off is lower down the back of the engine block.
It is tight but you want the biggest radiator you can for the job.
I made brackets from 15mm x 3mm steel bar and twisted and shaped it to make it fit.
A few people use the Mini MPi radiator but it's much smaller. Easier to fit, but maybe only just up to the job.
