fuel system on my vvc i have two pipes,1 with an orange end and one with a green end
whick is the feed and which is the return?
ive been turning the engine over today and its turning over really slowly with a fully charged battery and chuffing out of the throttle body, maybe timing out and maybe a knackered starter??

Does anybody know what the fuel pressure should be,?
Got a great spark and fuel in the bores.
It only starts firing when I restrict the fuel pipes fut it will only try to run and not fire up properly,
If I can't get it running soon there will be a cheap project going for sale aghhh!

Do you recon the 160 is best left alone?

Should have said, spoken via pm and already checked timing marks. Before taking the head off, check that both cam belts are fitted correctly. If they are not the valves open at the wrong time and you'll get no compression.
160 is well worth it if you're up to swapping the looms
