Unfortunately that rust under the headlights will keep coming back through until you replace the wings, they tend to rust from the inside out.

Yeah, see what he says. It'd be a shame if your new paint job was ruined by a little bit of rust so soon.

Thanks its just a 9 piece carpet set in blue was £40 from min-its

But i'm sure a few other places sell them too very easy to fit just need to glue strips under the door on and the rest just can sit or use the hooks and tabs, came "mostly Pre cut"   Had to cut a hole in it for the gear stick and hand brake. but can't complain for £40.00 for a full mini carpet set  =]

I used filler when i first got the car Stupidly. but sanded most of it away and showed the guy who was doing the work. he then took it back and seam sealer-ed it i believe =] . thanks much appreciated :highfive:

Been having a think on my wheels this week, also been a bit quite so decided to mess with my old steels.  think i might get them reversed and get them sprayed up a bit was thinking blue and white or blue and Anthracite =] and then get some slick race tires for them. need to be test fitted first though  also need a good scrub and sand before i can get them reversed. hopfully get most off the much and rough patches off this week along with the knackered tires >_<

back form Egypt and with some progress Finally!

Though today did seem to take the P**S  tied to swap my shocks and cones today as they have been sitting around for a while. but only managed to get the rear passenger side done today! as had many issues involving rounded bolts and cones not wanted to move into place! fuel tank put up a fight also  hope the drivers side is a more easy going experience and will take less time. will give it ago tomorrow afternoon if all goes well  :-) also be calling up body shops tomorrow about getting my Honda seats fitted as i have finally got the time and funds to get them fitted properly so will update soon :D  :D !

Took the mini to a body shop to day to talk about getting my Honda seats fitted taking it down on Wednesday for them to play around with mountings and methods off securely fitting them  might be taking the back loops of the mini seat frames and fitting them to the Honda seats to make fitting easier and use the existing front seat frame holes. in other news i will be doing my drivers side rear suspension tomorrow and hopefully the front shock absorbers if all goes well  :mrcool:. just wish i could make  it to MITP :ermm: but always next year! as i say every year haha  :D

Thanks for looking.

New shocks, cones fitted  and painted the rear subframe  :D !  car know sits a good inch higher so get a bit more wheel clearance and can go full lock with put it rubbing for know.

any one have a rough idea how much the suspension will go down once it settles?

In other news just placed my seats in the passenger side off my car just to get a feel for how it will look when fitted. very surprised as i think their quite well proportioned and not to big =]  can't wait till there fitted  :D  :D
