Progress this Weekend :proud: Started with the sound proofing! found the job quite enjoyable (like wallpapering but in a car ha ha) managed to do the drivers and passengers side foot well and above my the pedals and bulk head haven't even put my sound deafening mats back in and noticed a big drop in engine noise and i still have 3 sheets left so need to put some behind the dash panels and door panels and also in the back so will need another pack.

Also got very bored and did one of those exhaust sound videos if any one is interested.

Will be off to Curborough sprint track boxing bay for another run so will get some pics and a lap video (If i remember to turn the sound on this time :withstupid: )

Thanks for looking and merry Christmas :xmas: :xmas: :xmas: :xmas:

Finally have a update. curdbough when brilliantly Boxing day ended up doing the long course and the rain mad it a lot more interesting :D we arrived late and was put in group 7 so no wing man to record my run  but all in all a great evening.

Update sound proofing on floor finished and carpets/ Insulation are know in (Supposedly made to fit) spent a lot of time cutting and shaping but happy with the out come.

Next up Will sound proof the Front Door cards.
need some opinions on white paints and codes to use for a outside re spray was thinking on a BMW alpine white Color for something Different but open to suggestions.
I also need to make my mind up on seats either recline-able race style bucket seats that fit a Mini or some classic style seats with good support?

has the sound proofing made that much of a difference? i was thinking about doing it myself but didn't know if it was worth it.... i like the noise. it's the passengers that complain!

I hear less engine and road noise but compared to my old 106 its still quite noisy you have to concentrate to notice the difference. and even though i chosen some of the think stuff it still wights a ton! so over all would recommended just turning your stereo up instead =]
