Any way back to some Progress
planning on a respray soonish so trying to cut back on buying pritty trim peaces for know. so decided on a new exhaust system

Mainiflow 3/4" Centre exit System got it from Min-its colt less than £100 including all mountings and fittings was really surprised. can't wait till its fitted and running hoping for some good sound and perhaps some performance increase??

Nice Mini, will keep an eye on your project thread :proud:

Out of interest what did you get with the exhaust for less than £100.. manifold etc? or was it just the back box?

Im looking at the Maniflow range as I like the sound and the look of the curled lip on the end.

Alex

That's a pretty good price. To get the rear door cards out, just take the rear bin lining (base) out and then you should be able to just pull the door card out. And then like treacle said it just slides in to place.

so bee braking out the chisel and trying to dry it managed to put some rust killer and sealing it today but will see if its worked when the weather comes again.

In other news decided to delay putting my rear door cards in as iam sound insulating quite allot off panels and flooring with sheets so will start insulating near the holidays :xmas: :xmas:

Also brought a 9 piece Blue carpet set to mach my Parcel shelf :D :D which will go in after the leak is fixed and sound proofing is done.

Looking good.

As above though would be best to get all that rust cut out and fresh metal put in.

Won't cost much to get it done properly as no bodywork is needed (if i i'm right in thinking where it is).
