Can't you stay with the same company?

If he was/is with Footman James, then they stopped insuring young drivers for a while (from about this time last year for about 6 months or so I think), then when they found another underwriter (as FJ are just a broker) the premiums increased dramatically. My price went from £640 the first year, £840 the second year, then for the third year (after the underwriter, that all of us youngsters were with, collapsed and they had to find a new one), they wanted £1200 from me, for the exact same policy. Not exactly much brand loyalty left these days! Hence why a change is necessary, if Footman James are involved here...

Unfortunatly yes they are bud and they wont put me on classic so the premium on standard is ridiculous :,,,,,,,,(

Just take her off the road, save a bit more money sell some stuff, then get your crappy, crappy corsa just for the commuting, then once you start making some money, you can either scrap the corsa and afford to fix any problems the clubman throws at you or, properly store the clubby and get a better second car

Ibe considered all these options but i will need a car that i dont mind ragging and it has to bw cheap. .. A corsa i have found recently ia cheap on all aspects INCLUDING INSURANCE looks nice and dont have to worry about it or spend every weekend washing and cleaning it. .. I can stop worrying
To insure my mini itll be just too much i simply cannot afford it i want it too go to a nice home where someome else can do that for a while
