Yep, bit by the mirror first and the slot the other end in.... dead easy job in the end
I have to slide the mirror end part into the door so I can fit the top part in?

Yep, then put the other end in, and slide it to the top of the frame

Cant wind the window up fully on that side as the window mechanism is shot to pieces, so that caused some troubles, but other than than they look good.. Yet to drive with them on though.

Wind deflectors do suit a mini very well :)
