Bar a few tweaks and fiddly bits and new plates from Santa to come, he's finished!

Big thanks to my Dad and brother Eoin. Couldn't of done it without them.

Love this thread :) Was that a GRP MK1 boot lid you used ? If so where did you get it from as the fit looks really nice.

Good Luck

No, it's a mk3 lid with a piece fabricated in to give the mk1 shape.

Don't the group fives have the tiny bit for trim to go on if so I'd defo recommend it would look lovely I'm loving those door pockets too considering that eventually but more pressing matters of panelling first aha I do love the wheel arch combo... This car is very beautiful and I bet youre rather proud to say the least all came along very quick too, my personal opinion is this is how I'd do a retro style but as people say the dtm doesn't quite look right a 1 7/8" or 2" centre exit would look gorgeous on this

The group 5's don't have the lip for the chrome trim. I didn't want the trimmed edge as its more commonplace. The look I wanted was more of a late 60's, 70's cooper s with some added retro extras to make it a touch more unique. Not go the natural route.

The DTM I had from the previous car and its brand new and I always loved the sound of it.
Through time I will change it for a side exit.
