Did you water it down as suggested or is it OK to use straight from the bottle?

I dont think you can beat Pears soap and a nailbrush.
Small bowl of warm water with the bar of pears rubbed into it like your washing your hands in it and then dip the nail brush in, give the seats a good going over and dry it all down with a nice soft white towel or cloth so you can see how much dirt has been released.
Then while its still damp, get some good quality leather conditioner like Glyptons leather care on it..... comes up a treat plus the smell of the fresh leather is great.

just watch out, some micro fibre cloths have alot of colour dye in them, and the colour can run when used with some interior cleaners if not diluted right, so it can stain cloth seats or the white cotton thats sown into leather seats.
i spray interior cleaner on the seats and use a clean chamois leather and clean it with warm water,

I know this sounds reckless and probably not to be recommended but I did the pale green leather of my Cooper 35's seats with Flash, Cif cream (carefully! It's abrasive) then leather wipes - the Armourall ones you get in big tubs from Halfords. It's done 100k miles then stood for 2 years - they were pretty bad so drastic measures needed. They've come up nice, should be ready to concours in the new year. Just for goodness sake be careful if anyone wants to try this drastic approach - try on a bit you wont be able to see first. Pics on my Facebook if anyone wants to look

I got some furniture clinic leather cleaner for a friend after reading good reviews on the detailing forum. It is like water and about as much use. I think she'll be trying a bit of fairy or cif next though, they're cream leather and look pretty filthy at the moment.
