Wheel Nuts To Be Used With Rover Mini Cooper Alloys?
#1

The wheels were described as genuine Rover alloys from a '95 or '96 Cooper. I have looked on http://www.minispares.com/ but was bewildered by the variety of wheel nuts on offer.
I have searched the forums and found lots of information about different nuts for different wheels (mostly more exotic ones) but nothing I could use (as any links provided didn't work).
Could anyone give me any advice on what is important to me in selecting an appropriate set of nuts?
TIA /2mths

These are the correct nuts that Rover supplied, not cheap.

Mini Spares do a cheaper alternative

You might get a set for less at a show, also worth getting a set of locking wheelnuts too.

Would have loved to get to MITP, especially as it's not far away from me, but sadly I'm otherwise busy.you need the short type tapered wheel nut pal. ive got a set your welcome to have if your at mitp sunday? they arent the best in the world but will keep your wheels on
However might they be postable at reasonable cost? (or where-ish are you located in case I could pick up in person) and...
How much £££ are you looking for them?
The cheaper set from minispares is still going to set me back ~£40. I'm not terribly happy with myself. I was looking for a cheap set of wheels, went a bit over budget as it was, without realising there was a further cost. I should have waited a bit longer for a set offered with nuts (which I have seen advertised and now understand why). Ho hum. I just need to take deep breaths and remember that Chippy is actually worth it (even if she will never ever be a concours car)

I would be happy to call the postage a tenner and then hopefully there would be a little something in there for your trouble.
I'll hope to see a PM at some point.
Thankyou.
