Just did this as I didn't notice it before.  My UK registration number for the Mini came up.  I'd been under the impression that the car lived in Milton Keynes and later Hull, but the rego comes up as first registered in Inverness!  Go figure.

"This registration was first registered during the period August 1976 to July 1977.

The registration was first registered in Maidstone."

I had quite a drive to pick it up, funny it's ended up back down here in Kent.

Does anyone know how I can find where my mini was sold from? It was registered in portsmouth which I think is mad how the car and I both ended up in South Wales but both came from pompey. I'd love to get a car dealer sticker made up for it. It used to have a sticker that said parklane in the rear window but it was removed during a respray

5 out of the 7 mini's i have owned were registered in Maidstone! that's a massive coincidence... Even the Mini special that i had on a Q plate was registered there!

Nope, I've totally confused it..

OO 6315 not found. Should be Chelmsford and the original plate for my Mk1 which I REALLY want back when the restoration is finished.

LFF835 Merionthshire; wrong again it was issued an age related plate in Ilford in 1994 replacing the incorrect 1963 plate AJN 507A. The car is a 1961 Austin Seven.
