If you install a photo sharing app you upload the photos to that, and then copy link to here.

If you install a photo sharing app you upload the photos to that, and then copy link to here.
Easier than that. Since THIS site is a photo sharing site.
At the bottom right of the text box where you write your messages (Right next to the "Post" button) there is a button called "More reply Options". Click on that.
Your phone should then allow you to select a file. You tell it where to go (your photos folder, picture gallery, etc. depending of your phone) click on the picture you want to upload - and done!
On the fly and no other accounts and uploads to manage...
