New rear seat for the kiddies
And a new t7 heater with an mg resistor pack fitted so I can have 4 speed
The turbo would just not fit even after cutting **** loads out of my front so copied Pete and made this type of manifold
With the engine back in the car I can work out the last but of the manifold
And it now fits inside a standard clubby front just means I need to fix all the holes I cut and repaint

have you tested how hot the heater gets as i will be fitting one of these or I'm going to go with the micro heater.

No not yet I don't have any water in the system
Bit more done finished the manifold and git the turbo mounted
I ended up welding the flange to the manifold to secure its position before making up the small link piece with a toilet roll tube
A good bit of clearence to the oil filter and the exhaust just goes where it should

Are you using plumbing pipe for the manifold bud out of curiosity? I remember seeing someone who did on another forum, it came with nice chamfered angles all ready to fill with weld and was about 4/5mm thick
They are weld pipe fittings just used to make making bends in large scale pipe easier. The corners have 3mm wall and the tee have 3mm at the ends with 4-5mm on the thicker bits
