Out of interest what happened with the HI-LO ?  

I've got coil spring conversion and when I last took the engine out to rebuild the gearbox I forgot to seat the spring when putting the engine back in and it went in wonky so the weakest part bent the hollow part of the thread

Mot too sure about the new wheels maybe a splash of black might help

I have a no chrome or silver thing going on so I think I need to just paint them all gloss black

Glad to see the wheels fit.

 

Definitely paint them black. If I had time I could of lashed them for you, still have a load left from painting the mini.

A little tight fitting at the moment but that will get sorted. Ive still got a load of black too also got some ford panther black I might throw on

I agree mate 100% but when the turbo motor goes in I'll be hitting 210 maybe 220 on boost with 280 torque and the 10'S just have a limit the tyre choice is too limited too

Gone back to standard rubber cones ended up taking the engine out as it's in the way of the top arm pins and also fitted my new Mexico arches just waiting for the cones to settle

I've been shopping for the turbo swap



Just a few bits left some more silicone hoses and manual boost controller then I can start getting on with it

Took the car off the road for the winter and to do the turbo conversion



Bought a mg zr turbo conversion to use as my winter run around







Not bad for a winter runaround
