You got any spacers to get the door gaps better Darren?

I found having them on the shell rather than the door itself stopped this on mine.

Looks great, love the colours!


Yes mate I've got spacers and the gap at the front is good the door is just sitting proud of the a panel so when it swings in it touches so I'll slot the holes and move it in more

Thanks to the help of our great forum users all windows are now in just waiting for my fillet tool to arrive then it will be water tight ish

Cheers lads shouldn't be too long now although a sad day today it's spending it's first night outside. Been relegated for the garden table painting

Common conversion out here in SA, to round nose as well. I don't quite remember what they do to get them to fit, but it's fairly easy to do.

The actual glass is still only 7 Inch it's just the mounting ring thats bigger but for me it didn't matter I just made a template out of card and traced it onto the light pods
