I have made my frame in the allspeed form with the front bar just above original position but forward a little so should tuck in behind the front panel and should be able to use the tie bars in standard position too so all good
As you can see the bottom arms will come up to meet the front bar
That's all for now

And just because it turned out so well here is a cheeky close up wedding shot and I'd be happy buying something like this so I'm more than happy making it!!
That really is it for this evening lol

Much better conclusion to the days work, nicely done dude!
I reckon I'd probably buy something like that too, if it was cheap enough
As the Bishop said to the actress, it's all about penetration. Looking good too is a happy side effect.
Now you need a brand name

Westrace actually works pretty well!
I'm not admitting that I was looking for a subframe just now, but handy you should mention a spare
Got a lot of free time now, short of some styling on the new car and photo / listing all the spares I don't need anymore. So I can start working off that red in my ledger

It's resting on this lug and when I've made the engine mounts ill chop it off giving me the clearance I need
Loads of room down the back and front
And ground clearance won't be a problem either
Top arms should be done by tomorrow

Like a glove!
Looks a much smoother fit that time around, dude. Although I maintain that having it wedged in could only aid stability...
I'm guessing you've got the tilt forward to gain a few more mm from the crossmember too, you know just 1 or 2mm space.
If you need a hand / door stop / someone not to make drinks for! Gimme a bell, I'm about all day.

The tilt is how the engines sit, the sump is level and that's how it was in the mg too. Ill be in there from about 9 tomorrow so anytime after that and I can not provide you with drinks again!! Lol

Now I know some of you may be looking at this and saying "hang in something's not right" this maybe is what your thinking of
As I'm a cheap arse I'm using the standard mg zr engine mount and it sits way forward of any other mount and to clear the front panel the upright needs to be at this angle but the upright does sit dead centre of the engine mount giving adequate support so all good
The other side is just standard stuff although the eagle eyed of you may notice my front beam sits very high, it sits inside where the bumper would be so no subframe hanging out the bottom I can also use the standard oil filter and hopefully alternator
That's all for now ill get some pics up soon of the front fitted and motor in
