Bloody hell Darren, those end closers are the nuts pal. How have you cleaned them up to that degree, carbide burrs or small flap discs?? Excellent work !!
Cheers mate. Just a regular sized flap disc just used the gently softly approach with it although its pretty hard getting into the tight corners lol it was all in the prep with this one just made the patches the best I could making level before welding helps so much on the clean up

Just read throw and you a brave man lol cutting the hole floor out lol
Have U fort about a carbon skin roof. Or wrap would look nice with the grey paint
Cheers the only part of the floor still original is the tunnel
I've thought about a carbon roof but just don't have the money and I'm pretty against vinyl wrapping so it will have to stay black until I either get the money for a roof or take a mould of a spare roof andante my own one

got in the garage today and spent a few hours in there not that you would tell i managed to get one a panel fitted but its such a long process i had to modify the a panel at the top and bottom
also got the front panels back on and taped the bonnet on to the wings so i can remove it all and weld it up but after removing the front lip of the bonnet the front panel sticks out about an inch so ill weld the rest up then force it back in and weld that up too
not much at all but took me all afternoon lol and also in other news seriously considering going rover k series 16v just dont think i will get the power im looking for in an a series without lots of money plus 5 gears but i will continue on with the shell for now and think about it later
