Rear frame is all done and sorted and shes back on all fours.
Next job is engine out and replacing the wiring loom, having a bit of problems identifying what the loom is and ive got a front mounted rad with an electric fan and what looks like a metro exspansion tank. Thinks its going to be put back to standard so I can just fit and not cut up the new loom.
Any wiring experts feel free to pass judgement!!!

I spent 4hrs yesterday with my wire brush drill attachment stripping a huge box of bits that im getting chromed, and im not even half way there. I went a bit mad and anything thats unboltable and metal is off to get chromed. I'll post up a pic of all the bits before and after chroming. Just hope I can remember how everything goes back together (alternator, wiper motor etc)
Need to get the motor out for painting and painting the engine bay.
cheers Simon
also managed to source a new washer bottle that will look a lot better than the old skanky one.

the engine is now out thanks to my mate for lending me his engine crane and my old seatbelts that I used to wrap around the motor.
Got the front suspension pretty much stripped off to replace/clean, got soem new chrome tie rods and negative camber bottom arms, guy bought thme and had them chromed and never used them, ahhh ebay gotta love it.
Some crystal lights thanks to minitony on the site to go in and a new lucas sports coil that will be going on the engine when ive finished with it.
Plan is today/tommorow is to get the front sub frame off to strip and paint (fingers crossed its ok) and fit some hi-lows and koni special shocks, new bushes etc.
The engine im going to paint black and tidy up then I need to get a side mount rad and samco pipes and get it all one piece.
Loads of stuff on my shopping list so i'll be pretty busy oh and my favourite job installing/figuring out the new wiring loom.
Heres some pictures so you can have a laugh

ive tried my best with the angle grinder and wire brush attachment but its not very good, I was thinking about getting it professionaly stripped and powder coated, think I will have to look into somewhere near me and get it done. I live near middlesbrough so coventry is a bit far to travel.

couldnt resist fitting the new light bowls and crystal lights it makes it look more like a car than a shell.
Sub frame now has tie bars bottom arms and negative camber arms complete with new ball joints and bearings.
Steering rack is bolted back up with new track rod ends.
Super 2 core rad is here and silicon hoses and tarty rocker cover.
Its starting to get exiting now as I can really see some progress.
what do you all reckon?

I put the crystal headlights and chrome centre bar back in so at least it looks a bit more like a car.
Bought few nice toys aswell, acewell digital dash, alloy battery box and alloy catch tank and a very nice moto lita leather wheel and billet alloy cooper centre boss.
