Jig is finished modified it again now running extra support through the top arm mounts also  after another front subframe to build one for a standard car ideally jordans (pickuptruck1994). we have put a lot of thought into the kit so no cutting of inner wings of bulkhead should be required. custom one piece driveshafts are also being made frame should be tacked up ready for a trial fit by next weekend.

frames coming on well tubes are bent just need to weld in place and sort out final mounting position. we wanted to mount the engine hight enough to avoid bulkhead modification on standard injection/ bike carbs but the gear linkage dictated its final position.  hoping to get the car rolling and on display at castle combe September this year photos soon

my fabricator has been really ill recently so progress has not been a fast as i have liked the car itself is coming on well  currently deciding on best way to mount the engine got some lovely curves on the bottom bars so standard arms and tie bars fit took a while to get the engine in the right position without the bars or tie rod fouling the sump and to make sure there is enough room on the crank pulley for a trigger wheel. frames should be available from September we are aiming to reveal the car and frames at miniworld action day got a mini mag shoot hopefully sorted once the car has been launched

Just read the entire thread as I'm seriously considering the CG transplant myself, I'd be VERY interested in one of your frames when they become available, have you got a ballpark selling price in mind?

Iv seen the frame being built as Tom at TEB co has been doing some work for me, his work it spot on and he won't let anything go out that he is not 100% happy with.

Top bloke and top work

coming on well now engine is in frame is 90% finish and car is on its wheels just sorting out new one piece drive shafts, new pedal box and roll cage modifications. need to buy a mega jolt ecu. most likely taking the car direct to maniflow for a new exhaust manifold stuart is very good just having the time and money too press on with it onwards and upwards no photos until the frame is 100% complete sadly watch this space :)
