Recently done a bit a work to the p&j. Posted this up in the mean looking clubby thread, thought I would pop this one here too.

Hi guys,

Matt from New Zealand. Here's my '75 Clubman, originally an 1100cc but fitted with the 1275cc engine and disks. Just finished fitting new flares, tyres, painted the wheels, added side stripes, aluminium rocker cover.. still lots I want to do but drives well!

You did L2B with Spud didn't you? I was the guy who stopped and spoke to him as you were all leaving. I did like your clubby. Grill looks cool.

Yea I did. I was pretty grumpy Saturday morning as I had a slight hang over and a killer back from sleeping on the floor haha but some nice sea air did me good and I really enjoyed the show. I had not gone in a few years but I think I will go along in my own mini next year.

Clubby looks great. Passed you near dartford tunnel on way home. I was in the green and black clubby estate :)

Yea I did. I was pretty grumpy Saturday morning as I had a slight hang over and a killer back from sleeping on the floor haha but some nice sea air did me good and I really enjoyed the show. I had not gone in a few years but I think I will go along in my own mini next year.

 

Haha, Towards the end of Sunday i began to feel a bit grouchy, not having much sleep, from the camping was doing me over!

Cheers chap. Yeah i recall seeing it a few times. Looked awesome! Became part of the convoy we had going for a bit haha. We had a 20 mini convoy from Norwich to crystal palace, then to Brighton then home again. Trying to keep everyone together was funny as well as a mission.
