I would think what you suggest could work - Make sure you use the corerct mask when using 2k

no i havnt got a garage. i was going to use pvc so i can take it down after use. what sort of paint did you use. i've looked about and you can get decent finishes from other paint types but they dont seem to stand the test of time and be prone to chipping and stuff so i think if i was going to do it it would have to be 2k but i need proper protection and filtration in the booth as i dont want to kill myself or others.

I was just an old fan that we used to extract the fumes out of the "booth"

cool. getting mixed opinions as to what fan to use thats all so trying to get as much info on what fans have worked from people that have used em. thanks for your replies though. been a big help

i see. how long ago did you spray your car and how often do you wash, wax etc to keep it looking mint?Yeah that's right, modern paints have good UV protection from the sun by using a special lacquer but with celly I am using a wax which also helps protect from the sun too :)
