Sadly it is time for my Cooper to go

The basic spec
1997 R plate Cooper Sportspack in V rare Yukon grey. It has the optional red leather interior and red carpets which work really well against the paint.
It was converted to Si spec when it was 2 years old. It does go very well, and is great fun on my daily commute :) I still have the Janspeed exhaust (currently has a flecther fitted), but the Janspeed LCB split a few years ago so I have fitted a specialists components stainless LCB.
It currently has 76k on the clock, and is running well. I have upgraded the shocks to GAZ adjustables and it has Hi-Los, adjustable rear camber brackets and uprated tiebars. Plus the rear subframe was polybushed in 2009.
Brakes wise, it has super minifins on the back and goodrich hoses front and rear.
Bodywise, it is in very good condition. All the bodywork has been carried out by Mak at Minitec in Keynsham.
In 2006, he replaced the entire bootfloor assembly with a BMH assembley and the rear valance with a repro panel.
In 2007 he replaced the outer sills, A panels and upper dash rail (all BMH or rover NOS again) and tidied up the front end.
In 2009 he replaced the wings, front panel, scuttle (inc closing panels), rear valance and closing assemblies and bootlid. All BMH panels and then a full respray in the original yukon grey/ white roof. I also then replaced the rear lights and front indicators with new Mk2 units for a more retro look and fitted the black and silver plates (new legal pates included) and fitted a pair of new BMH stainless bumpers
At the same time the rear subframe was stripped and repainted and fitted with recon radius arms, new brake cylinders/shoes and superminifin drums
As its a mini, it does have a couple of niggles. There is a very small bubble starting on the passenger door, the headlining is grubby, the dash has some lacquer peel, it needs a new heater matrix and the passenger hilo needs freeing adjusting (had the suspension raised to stock height). I will be working on getting the HiLo and the heater matrix resolved before sale. It also needs the suspension setting up properly.
It currently doesn't have the spotlights and fog lights fitted, or the rear badges (I liked the cleaner look when), but they are included. I have also just fitted a new battery. It also has a decent CD/MPS headunit, amp and 10" rockford sub in a retro retrims boot kit available at extra cost of wanted.
Its MOT'd until April '13 and taxed until October

Price, £5495. I would consider a PX, but no projects and must be able to use straight away
