Both full RC40 and Maniflow systems are very good. Its down to personal prefference which you have. I favour Maniflow and others will go for the RC40. Just don't buy the so called cheap systems as most of them don't perform and are difficult to fit. Some will also reduce your performance.

im looking at having a new exhaust system so ive been looking closely into this thread aswell... i have a question. How much on average would you look at spending for a decent maniflow, or indeed the RC40 systems?

Expect to spend around £100 for the twin-box exhaust pipe. You may also need the manifold and Y-piece which will just about double that for quality ones like Maniflow - but they'll fit first time!

Might work out cheaper to buy a full stage 1 kit, unless you already have 1 fitted the deals work out cheaper than buying everything undivdually.
I've always used RC40's but the current car has a maniflow system, definately noisy but it does the job
