They are cool are they rare? I saw one at a car show carboot but didnt buy it because i thought it was a kids toy or something! They look great in a collection like yours!
I usually pick the Galanites up in lots at toy auctions with other types of car. I keep all the Minis and sell the others. I brought one lot a couple of years ago with 6 Minis and 5 others in it for £30. You see them on Ebay, they sell for between £1 and £10 each.

A well bashed up turquoise one and an almost mint red one.

and the vans. Note the wheels on the clean red one. This is a restoration that has had incorrect Corgi wheels fitted.

Seek and ye shall find. Here's a lot with an orange Mini. No bids yet.

If you search Galanite usually 10 lots turn up. I search now and again looking for that elusive yellow one.

Corgi Stobart rally mini (the rare one) and much older Corgi mini with jazzy sun roof
That's the Corgi No.334 Mini Cooper Magnifique, also available in metallic blue. It looks a bit like a Mk2 that's been to Radford or Wood and Pickett with the reclining seats and fully fitted dash.

The following are supposedly pre-production models and all have bases which are attached with screws and not rivetted.

and finally are these two from the Matchbox 50th anniversary weekend in 2002, one is dated the 11th and the other the 12th.

That's it for now. I might get some of my boxed stuff out of hibernation in the next week or so, I'll post some up f I do.

I've collected quite a few Tomica 1/50th scale minis. They are commonly known as Tomica BLMC Mk111 Cooper S, (model No. F8).Is there any other rare mini makes you could list for me to search for?
This is quite a common one

Although some are quite scarce, they do appear now and again on ebay and at toyfairs.
They did a set with various Liptons Tea logos on the roofs, these are very hard to get hold of. All mine were bought in the early 90s.

There were also several other promotional models produced, all of which take some finding

The above Motor Show mini is a rare one to find and I've seen them sell in excess of £40. I paid £7 for mine off ebay, albeit a few years ago

Do a google images search and you'll see just how many variations there are.
Tomica also do a range called 'Dandy' which are a larger scale and again, quite a rare find. The one below comes with a sheet of stickers in the box, make sure the stickers are there before you buy, (unless it's cheap
