Hi All,

Ide like to thank Turbo Phil for the work he has done on my head.

I contacted him after looking on his website at the heads available and realizing there wasn't a stage 3 head for a NA Unleaded mini. He got straight back to me and was able to do the work i required at a very good price.

I didn't hesitate as ive heard great things about his work. I sent my head off to him, and 5 weeks later and many many emails later its all done.

He was easy to contact and After supplying all the relevant info (inlet manifold port size, piston disc in cc, bore size, required CR etc) he cracked on with it all.

I cant fault the service that i have recieved and recommend anyone looking for head work to get a quote from phil.

Here are the pictures i took before i fitted it last night.

Yeh, it took 5 weeks from when he received mine to complete but i understand he has a wedding coming up and not really sure if he does it as a main job or on the side when he can. Either way, the quality was brilliant so its worth the wait.

I was charges about £360 but obviously it depends on what spec you want and the condition of the head etc. You need to contact phil directally for a quote but it will vary.

cheers bud, i want to build a high spec 998 and 300 odd is quite a fair price so will have to give him a buzz :D

But now i think about it, i have got 3 spare 45 webers sitting in the garage ;) would be a shame to waste 1 :P maybe i should invest in a 1275

I can also vouch for Turbo Phil. He did my head, albeit for a turbo application and the workmanship was excellent.

ps the car looks mint in Miniworld Phil
