You should never, ever, put second hand pistons into worn/used bores. The only sensible option is to re-bore to the next size up and fit new pistons. at the same time check the crank journals and re-grind if necessary, then fit all new main, big-end and crank thrust bearings plus a new oil pump & timing chain.
To do otherwise is real false economy.
