Which is better in terms of price and the rust proofing capabilities? Waxoyl or that Dinitrol?

Practical classics magazine once did a Waxoyl vs Dinitrol test. They found Dinitrol to be far superior at preventing rust.

is this aerosol waxoyl the stuff that looks a bit like scrambled egg if you dont shake the can properly?

if so, ive found it very useful for getting in the little nooks around a mini

yeah it looks like scrambled egg lol.

i got 2 tins and it was just enough to do the underside, i only bought it originally to coat the arches and subbies but out of curiosity i wondered how far it would go.

i managed to cover both subbies, all under side, arches etc, pretty much everything from the wheel arches down.
its not cost effective though at £9 a tin BUT it is handy to have around for fresh work or quick application
