I reckon you are after Island Blue. It's the best shade, and Tahiti blue a good second on modern Minis.

Its close to pageant blue from previous colour chart. I would need to see it on a car.
But the car i saw it on was in mini builds so was a total respray, might not be standard mini colour.

All these shots are of Island Blue cars taken on the same day with the same camera. The differance in colour can be because of the light when the shots were taken. It can also be due to the mix of paint when the cars were painted.
