Should only be a few weeks now untill i get my apanel sorted! Yay i can't wait it's the only tatty looking part of the car!

Just a little more done gonna start on the engine bay now. Gonna get a 1275 to rebuild and put in. Heres what i did today.

Did a bit more to the engine bay today!
These were brand new a few months ago!
Fitted the stainless steal ones they won't rust!
Had a little play with the coil!
Replaced the stripes down one side they were crap.
Also cured a rattle that has been doing my head in for months it was the brake back plate!

My new light unit just arrived YAY! £8 on ebay what a bargain BRAND NEW!

Oh and also just started sanding my wheel down! It is still on the mini because i don't have a decent enough jack! Getting one later.

It came with a brand new rubber too BARGAIN! Looks better i only changed to the clear ones a year ago but i prefer the original!

Keep the original style lights not the clear ones in my opinion they look better but nice to see sombody else care as much about the ritz as me

Great thread. How hard was it to change the dash? Looking to change the dash in Poppy , the only difference being she has 3 clocks.

I love my Ritz and have recently changed my mind and want to keep it mostly original. I changed the lights to clear lenses but have now decided to go back to the original! I got that light unit and seal for £8 brand new lucas what a bargain!Keep the original style lights not the clear ones in my opinion they look better but nice to see sombody else care as much about the ritz as me
