can you replace your all steel shell for a fibre glass one? what problems are you likely to encounter and is it safe? oh and what do you tell the dvla?

I actually narrowly missed out on two Minus' this week, the one Scurvy Dog was selling and one on eBay, F1 Mini, did you get the one on eBay? if so, I actually won the bid, and the seller immediately e-mailed back to say it was sold and picked up that morning (Saturday or Sunday, can't remember).

In any case, Minisprint, I'd be interested in picking up one of your Minus shells for a second project I'm starting (aside from my Z Cars Monte Carlo) that I call R1 Lightweight -I'll fill everyone in with details once I work up the last of the specifics. Oh, and it's not what you think it is either....

They're great doors! If you decide to sell them, I know me and Ade would be very interested. I have made a mould and grp bonnet for a minus that provides clearance for the rocker cover and SU if you're interested.
It's very light!

plus gonna do a b16 vetec in my minus so I might need to rack your brains in the near future. Making your own frame? I'm making enquires with allspeed. His frame may work as it already fits under a normal round nose and keeps mini track and brakes.



...plus the one you're putting tha honda in. Is that noraml size or sprint/ minius?

minisprint how many minus's do you own thought it was just the one that u have has ya avatar ? (and that space frame project) whats this red one is that the one with the reg of VYJ 949 from ebay? and if so ... i thought that didnt need much to get it back on the road ??
PLUS what the hell is all them fibreglass full sheels ??? whats all that about !

and these doors, how much are they gonna be,m and do they have a steel frame inside um ??

Minisprint has two minus's, a Fiberglass sprint and a full size fiberglass shell and now his spaceframe project to name a FEW! At the last count i think he's got about 14! Isnt that about right chris?
