+2 Halfords
I own a Halfords and also Tengtools torque wrench. I much prefer the Halfords as the click when you reach the desired torque is well defined where as the "click" on the tengtool is easily missed unless you tighten really really slowly.

Snap On (or off) every time. Over a lifetime the extra cost is well worth it. They still need calibrating though! You really need both a 1/2" and a 3/8 drive to cover all the torque settings on a mini.

Teng tools all the way...A bit more expensive than Halfords but in my opinion worth the little extra...

+3 for Halfords - I own 2, work has several (i'm in the motor trade) and our club chairman has 1 or 2 too. Good price, good quality, good feel = good tool
don't buy used you dont know if its been used & abused.
like the others have said when finished return to zero and dont use it to undo thats what breaker bars are for.
