I think when the bodywork goes on, the arch gap will look better as the rear quarter will come down over the arch tub

I'm a bit stuck though, I'd really like to do a traveller, but on the other hand, if also like to make a van....

I guess I could, just means more work lol I'm swaying towards a van as it means the motor will be hidden, but then I think of how cool it would look with the wood on the sides :-/ I think once I've built the basic frame for the shell, I can decide what to go for

think it'll catch on? :D I'm really hoping to get the sides done and on tomorrow, need to make a molding press so I can replicate the recess that van sides have, if I can do that, I'll do a van, if I cant, ill do a woody!

With customers cars taking priority, not much progress in the last few days, but will have updates later ;)

Cheers for the positive comments!

Awesome mate coming on well.

Just out of interest is it to scale so that it would fit clamped to the load bed of a full size van????

I'd love a custom one made to match my van clamped in the back.

Would look wicked!

Cheers mate! Well its 1:3 scale, its about 3 1/2 foot long, so should fit nicely in the back of a full size van! I'm still undecided wether to do a van, a clubby estate, a woody, or build a 1:3 scale replica of my old clubVan Valerie.... I think once the majority of the shell is completed, I can decide then as it wont take much to cut some side windows in the back, and I've already got a sheet of 1mm lexan I can use for windows
