It wont be cheap, as its all hand made (apart from the obvious bolt on bits lol)

I get bored when i finish projects, like to build something else only better! Might build another 1/4 scale car, maybe clubby estate!

Small update and pics! Having measure the shell again against a full size shell, it turns out to be an inch and a half too high on the B posts, so i cut 1"1/2 out the B posts and rewelded it up, im not overly happy how it sits so might chop it all off and start again lol

Really tempted to start again with the roof, really bugging me lol

Don't look right mate, not enough take on the screen. Although it make give the impression of looking wierd because it's all sheet metal. If the screen apature was in there it may look better??

Why not make it out of aluminium? Much more pliable and easier to get the right shape.

Its not far out, but its not quite right, so i might just start the cab from fresh, and make templates up so should anyone want to build 1 themself, i can supply the templates :)

When this is finished, i quite fancy making a more boxy car, but maybe 1/3 scale, im thinkin along the lines of a mk3 escort, a mk1 golf, a metro etc something less curvy lol

what about a series landrover bit less curvy. although not really sporty.
