I've just read this from start to finish for about the 10th time 
How do you get such neat folds in the metal work, like the lips on the bonnet etc?

If I told you I'd have to kill you... Lol only joking! Do you mean along the edges? I just use mole grips to get the lip, then use a hammer and a hard surface to straighten out the edges to neaten them up, takes a little while n u need patience lol

Total madness lol can't believe so many people have looked! And commented! Garret offered to send some funds so I can get some sheet metal, but I kindly rejected his offer as its not money I need to finish the shell, it's sheet metal, appreciate the kind gesture though mate!
I really hope I can find some metal soon, don't want to let anyone down lol
