Returning Mini fan, yet to find one
Medically not too bad for 57 do the nodding focus thing with varifocals
and fit as a bakers dog (not a butchers one!)
Can actually remember my Dad showing me the Garage in Staines where he went to
see the first Mini launch in 59'. He had a Cooper S in 65' but could only afford 6 mths insurance
How cool was I at school when he picked me up in it once.
My first Mini was a 1965 Traveller but at 17 not the coolest of cars to have at but..... hey the
back seat went down....

I am sure we are all doing our best to catch up with the young uns but this commuting thing is tiring, and i feel a complan and steradent moment coming on, so i,ll have another look at about 3am when i next go to the loo.
Come on Oldies the Young guns are at page 6 ....maybe I need to speak louder and slower

After working on the Space Shuttle's obsolete technology for over 31 years, I needed a new challenge in obsolete technology ... keep my first Mini running. As a matter of fact I have another rocket engineer interested in helping me fix my Mini.
What does not ache?
I have been a hairless wonder for most of my life.
When they put the eye chart in front of me, I can not see past the first line without glasses.
