Countless injuries and niggles but only what you'd expect after 13 years in the Army!
No broken bones so far but torn/ruptured and generally knackered almost every ligament/cartilage/muscle on my body.
Oh and the least tactical ankles in NATO - sounds like a mobile haunted house creaking.

Agila (Beefy - mother-in-law’s and part of the deal for her going into residential care was that I kept her car and took her out in it, and she’s responsible for its name)

Had a TVT operation so that’s also sorted. Bad back form lifting kids (when they were small) in and out of cars, otherwise physically not faring too badly. However, in that horrible stage of life were the kids (3 teenage boys) are growing up so slightly less hassle, but now having to care for an assortment of parents, step-parents, parents-in-law and step-parents-in-law, I seem to get them all!
