Yeah we had a good day thanks did you? Those millington diamond engines are awesome pricey though lol. Im looking at either custom cages GPA or a miglia cage because I have taken strength out the shell with the carbon roof.

I went today was a good show lots to look at :), had a word with the guy from knight Motorsport have to say he was one if the most helpful people I have ever spoke to I will be giving him a call if I decide to go with a full weld in cage.

Harry

Alright Harry,

Have you looked at custom cages? I really cant see how That front wheel drive Knight motorsport car gets the power down.

Hope you and Kev had a good time.

That Knight Motorsport R1 turbo mini was awesome, he did not know the power but minimum 200+ BHP upto 300 if mapped properly. I have a RWD R1 car , and yes I doubt that thing can put Taft power down effectively. But what a ride... :-)

They put them into mk2 escort Rally cars. Id say the engine and box would be £35,000 +

I took this one whilst in the Coys Auction area, and was suprised that a mint tahiti non sportspark with no rust and only 9403 miles made only £4000! Posted Image

Glad you guy,s enjoyed the show,i went to the classic show last year and enjoyed it but like you lot i found the food ott pricewise and parking costs were high but i suppose i would not go again this year as it would not alter that much.Good as a one off for me.
Anybody get chance to ask DV if he intends to use the forum as we do !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.
Lots of ballyhoo about it earlier this year ( egg on a few folks faces eh what).

I spoke to DV at the show but remember he is also a very busy man......although he does want to get more involved with the Mini tuning scene once again.
